Explain Tamil is the Tamil-language ministry of Explain International, committed to equipping Tamil-speaking Christians to comprehend, articulate, and defend the Gospel.

Explain International has identified approximately 50 cults operating in Malaysia. It is fair to say that all of them have an incorrect view of Jesus — they present a different Jesus, they proclaim a different gospel. In light of this, the first line of defence in guarding the flock entrusted to our care is to ensure that they have a clear Biblical understanding of who Jesus truly is.

This conviction shapes our ministry. We have been travelling extensively throughout Peninsular Malaysia, conducting seminars in Tamil to teach believers the true identity of Jesus Christ as revealed in Scripture, and to equip them to respond to false teachings with clarity and confidence.

We have also identified three cults which target Tamil-speaking Christians and their modus operandi. We will be revealing these findings to Tamil churches in the Northern District in our one-day apologetics seminar in Sungai Petani on 17 June.

We are also conducting a training for Tamil-speaking Christians in Petaling Jaya once a month. The purpose of this training is to identify, train and make speakers available for evangelistic meetings.
